November HR Law Lunch & Learn: Just Because They Left, Doesn't Mean They Went Away. Handling Post-Employment HR Matters.

What happens after an employee is no longer an employee of yours? There are lots of things to think about when an employee leaves - whether voluntary or not - and many should be considered before the employee ever starts working for you. Our November HR Lunch & Learn will focus on unemployment compensation, protecting confidential information and trade secrets, handling client/customer poaching, and other common post-employment concerns.

Speaker Julie M. Young Attorney Julie M. Young uses her 25 years of legal experience and HR expertise to help employers navigate the increasingly complex world of employment law.

Doors open at 11:30 for networking and lunch. Presentation from 12:00-1:00pm. Q&A session from 1:00-1:15pm.
